The picture of the Bucs on the left says it all.Thank god i did not get to watch the beat down the Chicago Cubs put down on the Bucs tonight at Pnc.Carlos Zambrano worked 7 innings,Giving 2 runs on 6 hits,Striking out 6,Zambrano also helped his cause by going 4 for 5 with 2 rbi's. Zach Duke,On the other hand didn't do alot of stellar work in 4 innings,5 runs,on 10 hits.But at least he had 1 k,And had no walks.Sean Burnett was the next victim,I mean pitcher,Working 2 innings,Giving up another 4 runs,On 4 Hits,Walking 4,And 1 K.If that wasn't enough.Welcome to Pittsburgh Marion Salas,3 runs on 5 hits,And 1 K in 3 innings.If those lines do not tell you the Pirates have MAJOR holes to fill in pitching, nothing will.. Sadly these 2 teams play all weekend,So this kind of beatdown could be a whole series worth.I just got done watching a video where Bert the dog picks the Stanley Cup ChampionEklund's profile » QIK.I'm not going to say alot about the dog,Anyone who can make a few bucks off a dog that does a trick or 2 is good in my book.Barry Zito picked up his first win of the 2008 season,And it's only May 23rd,Aim high Barry!And finally i would like to end this with some very good news,Arizona's Davis wins in return from cancer surgery .Anytime someone battles back from Cancer I feel it's a victory,But for someone to not only beat cancer,But playing baseball roughly 46 days later,Is a major accomplishment.Welcome aboard to a few new readers,And thanks for the nice words.Leave the comments..

Duke was not great,but better than his numbers indicate.His fielders sucked.
Coming from someone who watched it, That makes me feel alttle better..Of course i saw they had 2 errors,Not like they can go a game with out 1..Bring back Jack Wilson!
