Yes it's been awhile since we've "Honored"some one with this award,And the winner this week is VERY much deserving..
The challenge of picking a "winner"Was kind of rough,We had 2 nominees and this was a close vote..
If you have been on Interstate 81,Or any roads in the state of West Virginia in the last week or so,You already know what I'm talking about..Roads that resemble cow paths(Yeah I know,Make a WV Joke).I don't think I've ever seen roads so bad in a long time,And I lived in Western Pa!!!
Not only were the roads just plain awful,They were also unsafe!Ruts that drag your wheels back into basically grooves.Making you go about 45 miles an hour on a stretch of road that under normal conditions is 70 miles per hour..
Our second nominee has given the East coast quite a rough couple weeks.With Hagerstown getting about 43 inches of snow,And making life difficult even as we speak.
And your winner by the closest margin yet... The State of West Virginia... You can't blame Mother Nature,But you can damn sure blame West Virginia!!! Congratulations dip shits..Now go out and learn how to plow a fucking road!!
