Yes..That one word headline should be more then enough to say how I feel after reading this news..http://www.edblock.org/..   

What you read if you went to the website,Is the Ed Brock Courage awards.. Many great NFL players have won this award over the years..

And that has changed over the last 2 years.. Michael Vick won the award in 2009.. And now this season ..The Baltimore Ravens have awarded WR Donte Stallworth  the award for 2010..

So.. Let me get this straight..These 2 men have won an award for what?Vick,Who spent  2 years in jail for dog fighting,And Stallworth spent a whopping 30 days in jail for killing a pedestrian..Unreal...

How is killing and making dogs fight improving the lives of children?

How is being a pompous asshole,Getting in your car,And running down a pedestrian raising awareness for child abuse?

Yes I know,You are going to say well Mike..They have tried to make amends.Both of these players won this award the same season they came back,I'm sorry allowed back into the league..

The victims of Vick's actions can never speak for themselves, The victim of Stallworth's actions will never speak.. But yet these 2 assholes get an award?? Explain to me how their team mates actually think these 2 deserve this award..


Well I will give Baltimore a flyer I guess.. Lord knows all they have on that team is scumbags who talk trash and get away with murder..But honestly,This is like giving Vick the comeback player of the year.. What did Vick come back from? Yep..You guessed it prison..How about a guy like Seattle's Mike Williams.. Long ago considered a bust..He rose from  the ashes of his failed career,And actually did well..

But in the end,It's all about putting asses in seats,And viewers watching at home.So Vick will win that also.

I have always been taught that courage meant facing a challenge,And overcoming it..Not getting a job and millions of dollars for Something 99% of us would never have the chances like these guys have..

Meanwhile Mike Vick's dogs,And the family of the man Stallworth ran over suffer.. How about giving them an award?
