Cleveland has been struggling recently after their run of upsets a few weeks ago, but I'm simply not a big believer in the Dolphins either.

Washington Redskins at New York Giants
Washington has zero running game, and Donovan McNabb is no longer capable of winning games by himself

Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans
Have to like the Titans in this one with Kerry Collins returning at QB.

San Francisco 49ers at Green Bay Packers
