Went to a Hagerstown Suns game the other night, I think this is the first game I have been to in a long time!
The Suns did not fail to be the Suns.. Walking through the gate,I felt like I was at a community yard sale.
The former team store,Not a bad one at that,Has been turned into a arcade.Now mind you, If they actually would have put things in it to make a real arcade, Closing the team store may have been worth it..
But this is the Hagerstown Suns, And our beloved(?) ball club could not even get that right!
Ryan said it perfectly..It seems like someone went out and bought up stuff from arcades that closed.Yet another.Foul ball...
According to "sources" The team does not even have many items most fan would want to buy at the"team store"Which is now a former concession stand in a small corner.
The other thing I noticed was the fact the Suns took out all soda served in cups,And replaced it with 3 Dollar bottles...You would think they made more money using the old system, But I guess it costs money to use it,So screw that.
I think there may have been 55 people at the game,Yes it was a bit chilly,. But come on, It's still baseball season!! The Suns may have had more people there if they would have observed Take your kid to work day!!
