Well I guess I lied when i said the Wilmington story was next up,
Sunday saw the International Football League hold it's annual draft,My team picked #1 (Thanks to a really,really,shitty team last year)I chose RB Darren McFadden,Who probably won't have the breakout season Purple Jesus(Adrian Peterson)had last year.It's during this said draft,I found out my god son,Had gotten his hair cut on a bet,One problem,It looked it had been cut with a weed eater! You'll see the picture on the left side(If you haven't by now,You must be blind,Or really wanted to read)Overall,I think the draft went well,And would like to thank Corey for hosting this year.We're now taking applications for hosting next years draft,So hurry up and invite us already!
The Pittsburgh Pirates have completely blown up since last we checked on them.The Bucs have now lost 7 in a row,And may be fighting for the #1 pick that didn't seem so close a few weeks ago.And then there is this ,Arbiter to decide Alvarez's fate with Pirates.What's that,Didn't the Pirates sign Alvarez to a deal JUST before the midnight hour approached?According to Scott Boras(Dick!)The Pirates were late to the party,And should have to pay an additional $200,000 dollars.Worse case here, The Bucs lose Alvarez,And receive a comp pick for him in the 2009 draft.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are playing their last pre season game as I write this,And hope to find time to do a 2008 preview of the team before next Sunday's opener!
Here's a few things that have just pissed me off the last few days,
Why,Please tell me why do guys have to run around with their shirts off? I could care less how hot it is out,Or that you want to try and impress the ladies,No one,And I mean no one,Should be subjected to anyone with more hair on their chest then Robin Williams!Jesus Christ Bigfoot,Throw a fucking shirt on!
I was talking to a friend online the other night,And she was telling me about this guy(I'll call him short bus)And how he wants to go out with her.Well,Short bus does not have a job,Or a car.And worst of all, He wanted her to help pay for dinner,Because he only had like X amount of money!What the fuck is wrong with people?
And this one is near and dear to me,When you are sitting at a intersection,And see a car coming,What do you do?If you answered pull out,And slow down,Please pull over,And allow me to hit you with a blunt object,Because you my friend, Are an asshole!
