The Pittsburgh Penguins dropped game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals to the Detroit Red Wings 3-0 last at The Joe Louis Arena.I did not get to watch this game,But from what i have been reading,And the radio play by play,The Pens do not even resemble the dominate team that stormed through the first previous 2 rounds.Let's hope for a better outcome on Wednesday night back home at the Igloo.As for the Bucs,Jason Bay continued his late inning heroics with a go ahead base hit in the 11Th inning on Sunday to beat the Cubs 6-5.For what it's worth this team actually has some fight in it.Last year there was no way they would battle back 2 or 3 times in a game, then win it in extra frames.I even read an article that Bay said the same thing!The Pirates take on the Reds tonight at 7:05 at The Great American Ballpark,Ian Snell looks to turn his season around as he faces Johnny Cueto.( Pirates photo-Matt Freed/Post-Gazette)(Pens/Red Wings-Nhl.com)

The Reds have called up #1 Minor League Prospect Jay Bruce to make his debut tonight vs. the Pirates.
yeah.. and we see how well that went.. ugh! look for the next blog,i'm sure i'll have a few things about that
