George Carlin passed away Sunday night of a heart attack at the age of 71.I grew up listening to Carlin,The first comedy records i ever heard were Cheech and Chongs wedding album,And George Carlin.I can't think of any of my friends who don't know a George Carlin bit or 2, or 20 lol.I selected this video below for 1 reason, It was the debate between Baseball/Football,And in my mind, 1 of his greatest bits.I will miss the yearly specials on HBO,having seen every one of them in the 30 odd years or so since his first special.Sadly i cannot say i ever got to see him perform live,And now kinda kick myself for not getting to see his show.Anyone who has any special bit he did(7 words,Security) feel free to leave a comment, maybe we'll post them later
